Returns & Replacements

Chocolate is a perishable food item and cannot be returned. Custom or imprinted items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

If your product arrives damaged, please:

  • Notify us, by phone or email within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • State the reason for return.
  • Keep original shipping box that your order arrived in, and take pictures of damage.
  • Keep damaged product/boxes in case they are needed to file a FedEx claim.
