Please familiarize yourself with our processing and shipping policies before you order to ensure your chocolates arrive safely and in quality condition.
Your order will generally be processed within 1 - 3 business days. During peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day), processing times may run between 3 – 5 business days. Orders are generally shipped Monday through Thursday; however, if you require a specific or Saturday delivery, please contact our office and we will be happy to accommodate special arrangements (additional charges will apply).
Chocolate is a very temperature sensitive product and we take great care in making sure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition. Therefore, when shipping to or from destinations with temperatures near or above 70°F, we must ship your order overnight, Monday through Thursday only, with heat protection packaging and cold packs. Shipments cannot be processed to include weekend travel time during warm weather months so to avoid being stored in a non-climate controlled shipping facility during the carrier’s non-business hours.
When temperatures are sufficiently below that threshold in all areas between departure and destination cities, your order may be shipped via other methods, including ground and covering weekend timeframes.
Your order is automatically shipped with a “Signature Release”, which allows the carrier to leave your order without a signature. Otherwise, your product may be returned to the carrier’s facility, where it will be subject to uncontrollable temperatures. If you require alternate arrangements, please contact our office and we will be happy to accommodate.
