General information:
Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order. This will ensure that your order arrives safely. Our shipping costs are calculated based on FedEx 1 or 2-Day shipping rates.
Your order, placed Monday through Thursday, will usually be processed within 1 business day, except during our peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Mother’s Day).
Warm Weather Shipping:
We take great care in making sure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition, therefore when shipping to destinations with weather temperatures over 80 degrees we will upgrade your shipping to overnight. We will use Styrofoam inserts and cold packs in each shipping box. Due to these costs, an additional $5.00 will be added to your bill.
We do not ship chocolates over the weekend during the warm weather months. This is to avoid products being stored in a non-climate controlled shipping facility over the weekend.
Orders are only shipped on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Thurs. overnight. Any order made after Thursday cut off time or any time on Friday will be held for processing until Monday.
Cool Weather Shipping:
Our cool weather shipping months run from November through April, when temperatures are below 80 degrees. We use FedEx 2-Day shipping during this time. If an item is scheduled to ship on a Thursday it will arrive on Monday. If you need your package earlier you may call our office to arrange a Saturday delivery. Extra charges do apply.
Signing for your package:
Our packages are shipped with a Signature Release, which allows FedEx to leave packages without a signature. We have learned from experience that this policy works best for our clients.
